Scott Mobile, 198 Union St, Aberdeen AB10 1QS, United Kingdom. These terms apply to purchases, repair bookings, and sell/trade-in requests made through this website or in-store.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We aim to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but errors can occur, if a product is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. Repair Bookings

Prices selected during online booking (Standard or Original parts) are the price you pay for that repair, confirmed at drop-off. If we discover additional faults once the device is opened, we will contact you before carrying out any extra work or changing the price. Repairs carry the warranty stated at the time of booking. We are not liable for data loss during a repair, we recommend backing up your device beforehand where possible.

4. Selling Your Phone

Online estimates for selling a device are estimates only. The final price is confirmed in person once the device has been inspected and may differ from the online estimate based on the device’s actual condition. By selling a device to us you confirm that you are the lawful owner and that the device is not reported lost or stolen.

5. Payment

Payment for online orders and repair deposits is processed securely at checkout. Balances due on collection are payable in-store by the methods we accept at that time.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Repaired items and made-to-order configurations are covered by the applicable repair warranty rather than the standard returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Accounts

An account may be created automatically after a purchase to give you access to your order history. You can manage or request deletion of your account by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
